Together with our specialist, you choose the product with the right compositions for your window frame. You then match the colour of the frame and the fabric or mesh type to your requirements. Our specialist has all the samples ready for you and can answer all your questions.
The products are developed at one of our production sites in Dronten. When they are ready, they are delivered and possibly assembled via KeJe or your local KeJe dealer.

The legal guarantee period for delivered products is two years and for the spray work delivered, we have a guarantee period of five years, provided the general conditions are met. After this period, the legal guarantee can no longer be invoked. However, even after the two-year guarantee has expired, we will gladly look for a suitable solution in consultation with you. We believe in the quality of our products and consider customer satisfaction of paramount importance.
If you have ordered a product with a standard size and it does not fit, there is an option to return it. Please contact your KeJe dealer. Please make sure that the products are returned well protected, as damaged returned products will not be accepted. If you have chosen custom-made products, it is unfortunately not possible to return your order. Unfortunately, custom-made products cannot be reused and will be destroyed and recycled. In such cases, we advise you to contact your KeJe dealer to find a suitable solution.
If you have ordered a product and an e-mail address is known to us, you will always neatly receive a Track & Trace code. This way, you always know when the Keye employee will visit you. Unfortunately, you cannot change the time of delivery. Because we find it very important that our products are handled with care and we do not want you to receive broken or damaged products, we deliver all products personally to your home. As we work with fixed routes, it is unfortunately not possible to change delivery times. If you are away, you can of course always request that we drop the parcel in your garden or deliver it to your neighbours.

Reparatie van KeJe producten
Reparaties en serviceaanvragen verlopen altijd via een KeJe-dealer. Neem contact op met de dealer waar je het product hebt gekocht. Zij kunnen het product bij ons aanmelden voor reparatie en samen met ons zorgen voor een passende oplossing.
Ja, dat is geen probleem. Je bent vrij om contact op te nemen met een andere KeJe-dealer. Alle dealers kunnen een reparatie- of serviceaanvraag bij ons indienen.
Onderdelen leveren wij uitsluitend via onze dealers. Soms hebben dealers kleine onderdelen direct op voorraad (zoals clips, handgrepen of staalband). Voor specifieke onderdelen of grotere bestellingen zal de dealer dit bij ons aanvragen.
In de meeste gevallen raden wij dit niet aan. Onze producten zijn speciaal ontwikkeld en nauwkeurig afgesteld. Zelf repareren kan leiden tot schade of verlies van garantie. Reparaties verlopen daarom meestal via een KeJe-dealer.
Onderdelen zoals touwtjes of gaas zijn meestal niet eenvoudig zelf te vervangen, omdat dit specialistisch werk is. Wil je weten of je product nog te repareren is? Neem contact op met een dealer bij jou in de buurt.
Screens
If you order a screen that is larger than 1500 mm, an intermediate bar is always used. The intermediate rail provides strength, especially for larger sizes or certain types of mesh such as pollen mesh. It ensures that the product retains its shape and tension well, which benefits the life of the product.
At Keje, we work with five different types of mesh. Grey, black, pollen mesh, petscreen and transparent mesh. Petscreen mesh is an extra strong mesh option. It is particularly used when there are pets in the house that can use sharp nails to scratch the ordinary screen mesh to pieces. Pollen mesh keeps 99% of the poles out of the house and comes with black mesh. However, it does cause it to sometimes block a little more light. Transparent mesh is a type of mesh where narrower wire is used, allowing more light to get through.

Insert pleated screen ZIZA
The ZIZA insert pleated screen is a screen especially developed for plastic window frames. You mount this flyscreen easily without drilling and screwing.
ZIZA is equipped with black pleated gauze and has an aluminium frame all around, which is clicked into the window frame just like an ordinary insert. Thanks to the flange all around and the spring system at the top, the ZIZA clicks itself into the frame. The mosquito net has a pull bar at the top and bottom. This allows you to operate the pleated screen from top to bottom and vice versa. You can fix ZIZA in any desired position.
Matt and slim aluminium frame
The aluminium frame is available in ten different matt RAL colours as standard. At an extra charge, a different RAL colour is also possible. It is the matt look that makes ZIZA a beautiful, calm match with your window frame. The insect screen mesh is always black. Of course, we also make this window screen perfectly to measure.
Design
The design of the ZIZA insert pleated screen ensures a luxurious, solid look. The aluminium frame is mitred. This ensures a nice closure in the corners. In addition, the screen has two integrated pull bars for easy operation.
Thanks to the matt RAL colours, the frame has a minimal colour difference with the window frame. ZIZA is equipped with sturdy 25 mm thick pleated black gauze and is therefore excellent at repelling insects.
Installation & operation
For mounting, drilling and screws are unnecessary. The frame is fitted with an aluminium flange, allowing the product to click itself into the frame. In addition, springs are fitted at both the top and bottom. This ensures that ZIZA presses itself into the frame. ZIZA has a top down bottom up operation, allowing you to decide how to open the screen. If you want to be able to open and close the ZIZA pleated screen from left to right, you can choose the KeJe Insert pleated screen door ZIZA
