Together with our specialist, you choose the product with the right compositions for your window frame. You then match the colour of the frame and the fabric or mesh type to your requirements. Our specialist has all the samples ready for you and can answer all your questions.
The products are developed at one of our production sites in Dronten. When they are ready, they are delivered and possibly assembled via KeJe or your local KeJe dealer.

The legal guarantee period for delivered products is two years and for the spray work delivered, we have a guarantee period of five years, provided the general conditions are met. After this period, the legal guarantee can no longer be invoked. However, even after the two-year guarantee has expired, we will gladly look for a suitable solution in consultation with you. We believe in the quality of our products and consider customer satisfaction of paramount importance.
If you have ordered a product with a standard size and it does not fit, there is an option to return it. Please contact your KeJe dealer. Please make sure that the products are returned well protected, as damaged returned products will not be accepted. If you have chosen custom-made products, it is unfortunately not possible to return your order. Unfortunately, custom-made products cannot be reused and will be destroyed and recycled. In such cases, we advise you to contact your KeJe dealer to find a suitable solution.
If you have ordered a product and an e-mail address is known to us, you will always neatly receive a Track & Trace code. This way, you always know when the Keye employee will visit you. Unfortunately, you cannot change the time of delivery. Because we find it very important that our products are handled with care and we do not want you to receive broken or damaged products, we deliver all products personally to your home. As we work with fixed routes, it is unfortunately not possible to change delivery times. If you are away, you can of course always request that we drop the parcel in your garden or deliver it to your neighbours.

You are always welcome to see the products at our premises at De Boorn 3 in Dronten. However, this is often not necessary, as we have dealers all over the country. Via find a dealer you can search for a dealer in your area. This dealer can often show and tell you more about Keje products.
Screens
If you order a screen that is larger than 1500 mm, an intermediate bar is always used. The intermediate rail provides strength, especially for larger sizes or certain types of mesh such as pollen mesh. It ensures that the product retains its shape and tension well, which benefits the life of the product.
At Keje, we work with five different types of mesh. Grey, black, pollen mesh, petscreen and transparent mesh. Petscreen mesh is an extra strong mesh option. It is particularly used when there are pets in the house that can use sharp nails to scratch the ordinary screen mesh to pieces. Pollen mesh keeps 99% of the poles out of the house and comes with black mesh. However, it does cause it to sometimes block a little more light. Transparent mesh is a type of mesh where narrower wire is used, allowing more light to get through.
Yes, this is possible. At KeJe, we can powder-coat the profile of your window decoration in any colour you want.
KeJe Clip window screen
The KeJe Window screen with clips window screen is a fixed window screen suitable for wooden, as well as aluminium and plastic frames of tilt and turn windows. The Window screen with clips is mounted without drilling or screws. Instead, thin, stainless steel clamps are used. The clamps have different depths, depending on the space in the frame. Each Clip window screen is fitted with a brush. This ensures sealing between the screen and the frame.
Fixation with stainless steel clamps
The Window screen with clips is always mounted on the inside of the window frame. When viewed from the inside of a wooden window frame, the insect screen falls behind the steel strip on the frame. The stainless steel clamps ensure a firm fastening on the inside, so that the window can be closed without any extra pressure on the hardware. For wooden or plastic window frames, the clamps are located on the side of the screen. For aluminium frames, there are also clamps on the underside for extra stability.
Made-to-measure
The KeJe Window screen with clips is fully custom-made with mitred corners. If the height exceeds 1500 millimetres, the screen is fitted with an intermediate post as standard. You can choose from four types of mesh: standard grey or black mesh. Or, for extra functionality, pollen mesh or pet screen mesh. We charge extra for the pollen mesh or petscreen mesh. The aluminium frame is available in 11 standard RAL colours and, if required, can be powder coated in a different RAL colour. We also charge extra for this.
Available as angled and bar screen
Of course, there are always special situations in your home, such as slanted or round windows. We can order screens for these as well. This is a sloping or curved screen. For measuring these, we always recommend using a KeJe dealer.
Design
The Window screen with clips is a fixed insect screen, fitted with a brush for a perfect seal between the product and the window frame. This makes it impossible for insects to get inside. Depending on the type of window frame, the stainless steel clamps are mounted on the frame. As this screen is installed from the inside, the clamps ensure that the Window screen with clips is clamped in the frame and cannot fall out.
