i. KeJe Horren B.V. takes your privacy seriously. We process personal data about you when you use our website, our services or because you provide these data to us yourself. ii. Within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG), KeJe Horren B.V. is the so-called data controller.

3. SPECIAL AND/OR SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS
A. MINORS
Our website and services do not intend to collect data on website visitors who are under 16 years of age, with the exception of written permission from parents or guardians. KeJe Horren B.V. cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16 years old, therefore we advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities. In this way, together we can prevent the collection of data about children without parental consent.

iii. KeJe Horren B.V. wants to make sure that the request for inspection has been made by you. We therefore kindly ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity along with your request for inspection, correction or deletion. In order to protect your privacy, KeJe Horren B.V. requests that you black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) in this copy.
KeJe Horren B.V. will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any event within four weeks.
8. COMPLAINTS
A. INTERNAL HANDLING
If you have complaints about the processing of (personal) data, KeJe Horren B.V. will be pleased to help you resolve them by mutual agreement. Please direct your complaint to kevin.dolman@KeJe.nl in the first instance.
B. PERSONAL DATA AUTHORITY
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Authority about our processing of your personal data. 9. SECURITY OF COMMUNICATION BY SSL - ENCRYPTION
A. SSL
In order to protect you as a website visitor, KeJe Horren B.V. uses secure encryption technologies. With SSL (Secure Socket Layer) your personal data are encrypted on our site (thus invisible to third parties). This way you can be sure that your data will only be visible to you and our server. ii. In all parts of our site where your data is used, such as when filling in the contact form, we use SSL encryption. You can check and recognise this yourself. When you are on an encrypted part of our site, you will see a lock symbol appear at the bottom right or top left of your browser. In addition, the URL also changes from http:// to https:// which also indicates that the page is secure.

KeJe Horren B.V. takes the protection of your data very seriously and therefore takes appropriate measures to counter abuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification.
