The legal guarantee period for delivered products is two years and for the spray work delivered, we have a guarantee period of five years, provided the general conditions are met. After this period, the legal guarantee can no longer be invoked. However, even after the two-year guarantee has expired, we will gladly look for a suitable solution in consultation with you. We believe in the quality of our products and consider customer satisfaction of paramount importance.

If you have ordered a product with a standard size and it does not fit, there is an option to return it. Please contact your KeJe dealer. Please make sure that the products are returned well protected, as damaged returned products will not be accepted. If you have chosen custom-made products, it is unfortunately not possible to return your order. Unfortunately, custom-made products cannot be reused and will be destroyed and recycled. In such cases, we advise you to contact your KeJe dealer to find a suitable solution.

If you have ordered a product and an e-mail address is known to us, you will always neatly receive a Track & Trace code. This way, you always know when the Keye employee will visit you. Unfortunately, you cannot change the time of delivery. Because we find it very important that our products are handled with care and we do not want you to receive broken or damaged products, we deliver all products personally to your home. As we work with fixed routes, it is unfortunately not possible to change delivery times. If you are away, you can of course always request that we drop the parcel in your garden or deliver it to your neighbours.

Pleated blinds are an excellent choice as they not only keep out light and heat, but also provide extra insulation.

Our roller blinds can be mounted without drilling and screws. This is ideal for plastic window frames. They will not damage your window frame.

Translucent roller blinds or pleated blinds in frames provide a cosy atmosphere as well as sufficient daylight. Because they are mounted on the frame, you do not experience any hindrance when opening the patio doors.

KeJe Lamella, KeJe Latende or pleated blinds are ideal for kitchen French doors. So easily filter daylight coming in and create privacy when needed.

Yes, KeJe has window decoration solutions in a slim aluminium frame. The products are stuck with a steel tape on the frame and magnetic tape on the window decoration product. This way, there is no damage to your window frame.

Repairs and service requests always go through a KeJe dealer. Please contact the dealer where you bought the product. They can report the product to us for repair and together with us ensure a suitable solution.

Yes, that's not a problem. You are free to contact another KeJe dealer. All dealers can submit a repair or service request to us.

We supply spare parts exclusively through our dealers. Sometimes dealers have small parts directly in stock (such as clips, handles or steel tape). For specific parts or larger orders, the dealer will request this from us.

In most cases, we do not recommend this. Our products are specially designed and precisely tuned. Repairing them yourself may result in damage or loss of warranty. Repairs are therefore usually done via a KeJe dealer.

Parts such as strings or mesh are usually not easy to replace yourself, as this is specialist work. Want to know if your product is still repairable? Contact a dealer near you.

Yes, this is possible. At KeJe, we can powder-coat the frame of your window decoration in any colour you want.

In total, there are more than 100 different fabrics available so there is always an option to suit your living requirements. The big difference besides the colours is below:

• A fabric = Decorative / Translucent
• B fabric = Opaque
• C fabric = Darkening
• D fabric = Duo fabric

At KeJe, you can choose two types of steel tape. A 14 mm and 8 mm steel tape. If the 14 mm is too wide for your frame go for the 8 mm steel tape. If you can't figure this out yourself, we always recommend contacting a KeJe dealer.

If you use the normal frame, we recommend a minimum depth of 17 mm. If the frame touches your window and is therefore not deep enough, we recommend going for the Triple frame. For the Triple frame, you need a depth of at least 10 mm. If you cannot work this out yourself, we always advise you to contact a KeJe dealer.

Should the rope tension decrease over time due to regular use, it is possible to restore it. In each corner there is a clamp through which the ropes run. By loosening the clamp, pulling the rope tighter and pushing/slamming the clamp back again, you increase the rope tension. If the tension is too low, the curtain "sags" and if the tension is too high, the curtain runs heavily. If you cannot work this out yourself, we always recommend contacting a KeJe dealer.

KeJe does not send fabric samples itself. We advise you to look for your nearest KeJe dealer. Often our dealers have fabric samples on site to show you.

Yes our window decoration is ideally suited for tilt-and-turn windows. Because of the magnetic and steel tape on the frame, there is no need for drilling and screwing, but the window decoration stays securely in place. You can then always safely open, tilt and close your window without any risk of the product coming loose.

The surface should be clean, dry and grease-free to ensure that the window decoration remains firmly in place. We recommend the steps below when mounting KeJe window decoration in frame products:

• Start with the cloth provided (number 1) and use it to degrease and clean the surface onto which the steel tape will be stuck. It is important to iron on one side. Do NOT go up and down over the frame.
• Let the window frame dry thoroughly before taking bag 2. The second cloth creates a primer layer on the window frame. Again, it is important to apply only one side.
• Remove the steel tape from the product and mount tape by tape the steel tape on the frame. It is important that you stick it straight; if it is stuck at an angle, the adhesion will not be optimal! When all the steel strips have been stuck, press the steel strip down well with a dry cloth a few times, so that all the air underneath is gone.
• The glue that is on the steel strip and adheres to the frame gets stronger with time. After 2 to 3 hours, the glue is at full strength. You can now easily click (magnetically) the KeJe window decoration product onto the steel tape.

If you order our Lamella which is larger than 1200 mm, an intermediate upright is always used. The intermediate upright ensures that the product retains its shape and tension well, which benefits the life span of the product. If you place several Lamella products next to each other, pay close attention to the placement of the intermediate upright. We always advise you to contact a KeJe dealer.

Plisségordijnen zijn verkrijgbaar in verschillende soorten, elk met hun eigen functionaliteit. Voor ruimtes waar verduistering belangrijk is, zoals de slaapkamer, zijn er verduisterende stoffen voor de plisségordijnen. Deze verduisterende stoffen zorgen ervoor dat er geen licht naar binnen komt via het doek, wat bijdraagt aan een betere nachtrust. Bij plisségordijnen in frame zal er altijd rondom het doek of frame geringe kans zijn op lichtinval. Wil je zo min mogelijk licht in je kamer, dan adviseren wij te kiezen voor een plisségordijn in frame. Doordat het doek in een frame zit opgesloten en je deze raamdecoratie direct op je glaslat plaatst is de kans op binnenkomend licht het kleinst.

Bij ons Day 'n Night plisségordijn combineren we twee aparte plisségordijnen in één frame. Dit plisségordijn geeft je de mogelijkheid een transparante en verduisterende stof te combineren. Hiermee kun je overdag kiezen voor de lichtdoorlatende stof om extra sfeer en kleur in huis te creëren en s'avonds kan je kiezen voor de verduisterende stof om zo min mogelijk licht in je kamer te krijgen.
