Together with our specialist, you choose the product with the right compositions for your window frame. You then match the colour of the frame and the fabric or mesh type to your requirements. Our specialist has all the samples ready for you and can answer all your questions.
The products are developed at one of our production sites in Dronten. When they are ready, they are delivered and possibly assembled via KeJe or your local KeJe dealer.

The legal guarantee period for delivered products is two years and for the spray work delivered, we have a guarantee period of five years, provided the general conditions are met. After this period, the legal guarantee can no longer be invoked. However, even after the two-year guarantee has expired, we will gladly look for a suitable solution in consultation with you. We believe in the quality of our products and consider customer satisfaction of paramount importance.
If you have ordered a product with a standard size and it does not fit, there is an option to return it. Please contact your KeJe dealer. Please make sure that the products are returned well protected, as damaged returned products will not be accepted. If you have chosen custom-made products, it is unfortunately not possible to return your order. Unfortunately, custom-made products cannot be reused and will be destroyed and recycled. In such cases, we advise you to contact your KeJe dealer to find a suitable solution.
If you have ordered a product and an e-mail address is known to us, you will always neatly receive a Track & Trace code. This way, you always know when the Keye employee will visit you. Unfortunately, you cannot change the time of delivery. Because we find it very important that our products are handled with care and we do not want you to receive broken or damaged products, we deliver all products personally to your home. As we work with fixed routes, it is unfortunately not possible to change delivery times. If you are away, you can of course always request that we drop the parcel in your garden or deliver it to your neighbours.

You are always welcome to see the products at our premises at De Boorn 3 in Dronten. However, this is often not necessary, as we have dealers all over the country. Via find a dealer you can search for a dealer in your area. This dealer can often show and tell you more about Keje products.
Reparatie van KeJe producten
Reparaties en serviceaanvragen verlopen altijd via een KeJe-dealer. Neem contact op met de dealer waar je het product hebt gekocht. Zij kunnen het product bij ons aanmelden voor reparatie en samen met ons zorgen voor een passende oplossing.
Ja, dat is geen probleem. Je bent vrij om contact op te nemen met een andere KeJe-dealer. Alle dealers kunnen een reparatie- of serviceaanvraag bij ons indienen.
Onderdelen leveren wij uitsluitend via onze dealers. Soms hebben dealers kleine onderdelen direct op voorraad (zoals clips, handgrepen of staalband). Voor specifieke onderdelen of grotere bestellingen zal de dealer dit bij ons aanvragen.
In de meeste gevallen raden wij dit niet aan. Onze producten zijn speciaal ontwikkeld en nauwkeurig afgesteld. Zelf repareren kan leiden tot schade of verlies van garantie. Reparaties verlopen daarom meestal via een KeJe-dealer.
Onderdelen zoals touwtjes of gaas zijn meestal niet eenvoudig zelf te vervangen, omdat dit specialistisch werk is. Wil je weten of je product nog te repareren is? Neem contact op met een dealer bij jou in de buurt.
KeJe Original pleated screen door
Our KeJe Original Plissé screen door, or traditional plissé screen door, is suitable for both plastic, wooden and aluminium window frames. This screen door is available in four standard widths and can be mounted in or on the day. For daytime installation, an additional daytime set is supplied.
Our original screen door moves at the top through a slender 6 cm upper part. The upper part is placed in the daytime with drilling and screws, although it is also possible to fix it yourself with tape or sealant. At the bottom, the door slides over a bottom guide. This bottom guide can be straight or angled and is always glued.
The KeJe Original pleated screen door is fitted with a chain system, which slides in and out when opening or closing the door.
Four standard widths
The standard widths of the original pleated screen door are 960 millimetres, 1300 millimetres, 1600 millimetres and 1900 millimetres. The width of the screen door depends on the daylight width of your frame. For example, if the required width is 1400 mm, then choose the 1600 mm variant.
You mount the door with mounting clips on the inside of the upper frame. This makes it easy to dismantle the screen door. The frame of the original screen door is available in five standard RAL colours, but is of course also available in another RAL colour at an extra charge, so it always matches the colour of your window frame. The pleated mesh is black and not visible when the screen door is fully folded.
Design
The original screen door is constructed from robust, sturdy profiles. This makes the door ideal for outdoor installation. The black pleated mesh moves in and out like a harmonica. The mesh is black, pleated which moves in and out like a harmonica. The pull strips can be used to operate the door, but handles are also available to open and close the door. The simple design has a solid and robust appearance and is an asset to your window frame.
