The legal guarantee period for delivered products is two years and for the spray work delivered, we have a guarantee period of five years, provided the general conditions are met. After this period, the legal guarantee can no longer be invoked. However, even after the two-year guarantee has expired, we will gladly look for a suitable solution in consultation with you. We believe in the quality of our products and consider customer satisfaction of paramount importance.

If you have ordered a product with a standard size and it does not fit, there is an option to return it. Please contact your KeJe dealer. Please make sure that the products are returned well protected, as damaged returned products will not be accepted. If you have chosen custom-made products, it is unfortunately not possible to return your order. Unfortunately, custom-made products cannot be reused and will be destroyed and recycled. In such cases, we advise you to contact your KeJe dealer to find a suitable solution.

If you have ordered a product and an e-mail address is known to us, you will always neatly receive a Track & Trace code. This way, you always know when the Keye employee will visit you. Unfortunately, you cannot change the time of delivery. Because we find it very important that our products are handled with care and we do not want you to receive broken or damaged products, we deliver all products personally to your home. As we work with fixed routes, it is unfortunately not possible to change delivery times. If you are away, you can of course always request that we drop the parcel in your garden or deliver it to your neighbours.

You are always welcome to see the products at our premises at De Boorn 3 in Dronten. However, this is often not necessary, as we have dealers all over the country. Via find a dealer you can search for a dealer in your area. This dealer can often show and tell you more about Keje products.

An insert screen is a custom-made screen designed specifically for tilt-and-turn windows. It is inserted into the frame without drilling or screws and prevents insects from entering while allowing fresh air to flow in.

The KeJe Inzethor is mainly suitable for plastic tilt-and-turn windows and in some cases can also be applied to wooden tilt-and-turn windows, depending on the presence of a steel strip in the frame. Contact your KeJe dealer to discuss the possibilities.

KeJe offers different types of mesh:

• Standard grey or black mesh: Basic option for general applications.
• Transparent mesh: This type of mesh provides a better view from inside to outside.
• Pollen mesh: Keeps up to 99% of pollen out, ideal for people with allergies.
• Petscreen mesh: Extra strong mesh, suitable for households with pets that can damage the mesh.

Please note: there is an additional charge for transparent, pollen and pet screen mesh.

The KeJe Insert Door is available in 13 RAL colours as standard. For an additional charge, it is also possible to have the frame powder-coated in a different RAL colour.

It is essential to measure the window frame's daylight opening accurately. We recommend contacting one of our dealers and having them measure. Experience shows that there are many anomalous situations and measuring should be done to the mm.

The Ke Speciale Inzethor is mounted without drilling or screws. Thanks to a thin flange and a spring mechanism at the top, the screen clamps itself firmly into the window frame.

KeJe offers a warranty on their products. For specific warranty terms, please contact your KeJe dealer.

Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged, as they have been manufactured specifically for your window. It is therefore important to measure accurately and seek advice from a KeJe dealer if necessary .

Repairs and service requests always go through a KeJe dealer. Please contact the dealer where you bought the product. They can report the product to us for repair and together with us ensure a suitable solution.

Yes, that's not a problem. You are free to contact another KeJe dealer. All dealers can submit a repair or service request to us.

We supply spare parts exclusively through our dealers. Sometimes dealers have small parts directly in stock (such as clips, handles or steel tape). For specific parts or larger orders, the dealer will request this from us.

In most cases, we do not recommend this. Our products are specially designed and precisely tuned. Repairing them yourself may result in damage or loss of warranty. Repairs are therefore usually done via a KeJe dealer.

If you order a screen that is larger than 1500 mm, an intermediate bar is always used. The intermediate rail provides strength, especially for larger sizes or certain types of mesh such as pollen mesh. It ensures that the product retains its shape and tension well, which benefits the life of the product.

At Keje, we work with five different types of mesh. Grey, black, pollen mesh, petscreen and transparent mesh. Petscreen mesh is an extra strong mesh option. It is particularly used when there are pets in the house that can use sharp nails to scratch the ordinary screen mesh to pieces. Pollen mesh keeps 99% of the poles out of the house and comes with black mesh. However, it does cause it to sometimes block a little more light. Transparent mesh is a type of mesh where narrower wire is used, allowing more light to get through.
