Frame colours
The frame is available in a number of standard RAL colours. For an additional charge, it is possible to supply the frame in a different RAL colour or with a textured finish. The standard RAL colours are shown below:
Fabric
The fabrics can be divided into 4 types: decorative, opaque, fully blackout and a DUO fabric. The fabrics are available in several pleat widths. The blackout fabric (C) and DUO fabric are often available in widths of 25 and 32 mm. The decorative and opaque fabrics always have a pleat width of 20 mm.

More than 1,500 KeJe dealers are located throughout the Netherlands, so there is always a dealer near you. Our dealers can inform you in the showroom or schedule an appointment for a consultation at home.
Together with our specialist, you choose the product with the right compositions for your window frame. You then match the colour of the frame and the fabric or mesh type to your requirements. Our specialist has all the samples ready for you and can answer all your questions.
The products are developed at one of our production sites in Dronten. When they are ready, they are delivered and possibly assembled via KeJe or your local KeJe dealer.

The legal guarantee period for delivered products is two years and for the spray work delivered, we have a guarantee period of five years, provided the general conditions are met. After this period, the legal guarantee can no longer be invoked. However, even after the two-year guarantee has expired, we will gladly look for a suitable solution in consultation with you. We believe in the quality of our products and consider customer satisfaction of paramount importance.
If you have ordered a product with a standard size and it does not fit, there is an option to return it. Please contact your KeJe dealer. Please make sure that the products are returned well protected, as damaged returned products will not be accepted. If you have chosen custom-made products, it is unfortunately not possible to return your order. Unfortunately, custom-made products cannot be reused and will be destroyed and recycled. In such cases, we advise you to contact your KeJe dealer to find a suitable solution.
If you have ordered a product and an e-mail address is known to us, you will always neatly receive a Track & Trace code. This way, you always know when the Keye employee will visit you. Unfortunately, you cannot change the time of delivery. Because we find it very important that our products are handled with care and we do not want you to receive broken or damaged products, we deliver all products personally to your home. As we work with fixed routes, it is unfortunately not possible to change delivery times. If you are away, you can of course always request that we drop the parcel in your garden or deliver it to your neighbours.

You are always welcome to see the products at our premises at De Boorn 3 in Dronten. However, this is often not necessary, as we have dealers all over the country. Via find a dealer you can search for a dealer in your area. This dealer can often show and tell you more about Keje products.
Repair of KeJe products
Repairs and service requests always go through a KeJe dealer. Please contact the dealer where you bought the product. They can report the product to us for repair and together with us ensure a suitable solution.
Yes, that's not a problem. You are free to contact another KeJe dealer. All dealers can submit a repair or service request to us.
We supply spare parts exclusively through our dealers. Sometimes dealers have small parts directly in stock (such as clips, handles or steel tape). For specific parts or larger orders, the dealer will request this from us.
In most cases, we do not recommend this. Our products are specially designed and precisely tuned. Repairing them yourself may result in damage or loss of warranty. Repairs are therefore usually done via a KeJe dealer.

Raamdecoratie Elektrisch bedienen, top-down of top-down én bottom-up
Ons Splendid Pliss Elektrische Plisségordijn in frame is verkrijgbaar met:
- 1 motor – elektrisch bedienbaar met top-down bediening;
- 2 motoren – volledig elektrisch met top-down bottom-up bediening, zodat je zowel vanaf boven als vanaf onder zelf bepaalt hoeveel licht of privacy je wilt.
Zo speel je eenvoudig met lichtinval en sfeer in je woning. De bediening kan via de speciale app, met timers, afstandsbediening of de knop op de treklijst worden geregeld.
Let op: trek nooit aan de handgreep terwijl de motor bezig is met een beweging.
Het product past uitstekend in een smart home. Stel timers in zodat je gordijnen automatisch sluiten als je gaat slapen, of langzaam openen zodra je wakker wordt. Daarnaast draagt deze automatische bediening bij aan comfort én inbraakpreventie door afwisseling in stand, ook als je niet thuis bent.
Plisségordijn met oplaadbare accu
De accu van het Elektrisch Plisségordijn laad je eenvoudig op via een USB-aansluiting. Een volle accu gaat gemiddeld 6 maanden tot 1 jaar mee, afhankelijk van hoe intensief het plisségordijn gebruikt wordt. Geen zichtbare bedrading, geen gedoe met aansluitingen, alleen een strakke en slimme raambekleding.
