Together with our specialist, you choose the product with the right compositions for your window frame. You then match the colour of the frame and the fabric or mesh type to your requirements. Our specialist has all the samples ready for you and can answer all your questions.



The products are developed at one of our production sites in Dronten. When they are ready, they are delivered and possibly assembled via KeJe or your local KeJe dealer.

The legal guarantee period for delivered products is two years and for the spray work delivered, we have a guarantee period of five years, provided the general conditions are met. After this period, the legal guarantee can no longer be invoked. However, even after the two-year guarantee has expired, we will gladly look for a suitable solution in consultation with you. We believe in the quality of our products and consider customer satisfaction of paramount importance.
If you have ordered a product with a standard size and it does not fit, there is an option to return it. Please contact your KeJe dealer. Please make sure that the products are returned well protected, as damaged returned products will not be accepted. If you have chosen custom-made products, it is unfortunately not possible to return your order. Unfortunately, custom-made products cannot be reused and will be destroyed and recycled. In such cases, we advise you to contact your KeJe dealer to find a suitable solution.
If you have ordered a product and an e-mail address is known to us, you will always neatly receive a Track & Trace code. This way, you always know when the Keye employee will visit you. Unfortunately, you cannot change the time of delivery. Because we find it very important that our products are handled with care and we do not want you to receive broken or damaged products, we deliver all products personally to your home. As we work with fixed routes, it is unfortunately not possible to change delivery times. If you are away, you can of course always request that we drop the parcel in your garden or deliver it to your neighbours.

You are always welcome to see the products at our premises at De Boorn 3 in Dronten. However, this is often not necessary, as we have dealers all over the country. Via find a dealer you can search for a dealer in your area. This dealer can often show and tell you more about Keje products.

Motionblinds motor Matter
First of all, check the setup code of your motor. Eve Motionblinds motors with Matter and Thread have a setup code showing the Matter logo. If you see a different setup code without a Matter logo, then you have a motor with Bluetooth or HomeKit technology. In that case, refer to the manual for installing and using our Bluetooth or HomeKit variant.
Do you have all the essentials? So a smart home platform chosen and set up, the right Thread border router installed, the Eve Motionblinds motor activated, and end positions set, then you can add Eve Motionblinds to your smart home system. Follow the steps below:
- Make sure your smartphone is connected to the Wi-Fi network to which your Thread border router is also connected.
- Open your smart home platform's app and go to your home.
- Choose the option to add a new Matter device.
- Scan the Matter setup code from your Eve Motionblinds motor.
- Follow the instructions in the app to add Eve Motionblinds.

Open the app of your smart home platform, it will guide you through the setup of your border router with Matter and Thread.
Go through the following steps:
- Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone.
- Connect your smartphone to your local Wi-Fi network and select this same Wi-Fi network for your border router as soon as the app asks for it.
Is there still no connection? Then we advise you to unplug the border router, wait 30 seconds, and plug it in again. The border router restarts. Go through the above steps again and try adding the border router to your home again via your smart home platform's app.

Your smart home platform's app will guide you through the setup of your Eve Motionblinds motor with Matter and Thread. Go through the following steps if the motor cannot be connected:
- Select the right Wi-Fi network
Make sure your smartphone is connected to the Wi-Fi network to which your Thread border router is also connected. - Activate/deactivate the engine (transport mode)
Switch the motor off and on again by briefly pulling the cord twice while holding the reset button. The LED will light up briefly: red (motor is off) and green (motor is on). - Check whether the end positions have been programmed
Pull the pull cord once briefly to see if the window covering automatically moves to the desired upper and lower positions. If this does not work, programme the end positions manually using the buttons on the motor. How to program end positions
- Reset the connection
Press and hold the programme button for 10 seconds to clear the connection between the blind and the app. The LED lights up 5 times and the blind goes up and down 1 time to indicate that the connection has been reset. The blind can now be reconnected. - Restart the border router
Unplug the border router, wait 30 seconds and plug it in again. The border router will reboot. - Reboot the app and/or smartphone
Close and restart your smart home platform's app. If this does not work, reboot your smartphone. - Strengthen your Thread network
If the distance between your Thread border router and Eve Motionblinds motor is too long, Eve Motionblinds may not be added to the Thread network and/or may not respond adequately. In this case, you need to add one or more devices that act as Thread Mesh Extenders / Full Thread Devices (FTDs) such as Eve Energy: https://www.evehome.com/en/eve-energy. - Reset the border router and engine
Have you done the above checks but it's not working? Reset both your border router and your Eve Motionblinds motor and re-add them to your home in the app of your smart home platform. Start with a full reset of your Eve Motionblinds motor. If it still doesn't work, reset the border router as well.
Motionblinds motor Bluetooth
There are probably several window coverings linked to one channel. Link the window covering to a free channel to programme it or use single selection to programme this specific window covering.

How do you operate wooden blinds?
A pull cord allows you to move the slats up and down. This gives precise control over light and privacy. With your smartphone, you can easily operate the wooden blinds from top to bottom. This is recommended for larger windows, as the weight is higher.
