The frame is available in a number of standard RAL colours. At extra cost, it is possible to supply the frame in a different RAL colour. The standard RAL colours are shown below:
Fabric
The fabrics can be divided into 4 types: decorative, opaque, fully blackout and a DUO fabric. The fabrics are available in several pleat widths. The blackout fabric (C) and DUO fabric are often available in widths of 25 and 32 mm. The decorative and opaque fabrics always have a pleat width of 20 mm.

Together with our specialist, you choose the product with the right compositions for your window frame. You then match the colour of the frame and the fabric or mesh type to your requirements. Our specialist has all the samples ready for you and can answer all your questions.
The products are developed at one of our production sites in Dronten. When they are ready, they are delivered and possibly assembled via KeJe or your local KeJe dealer.

The legal guarantee period for delivered products is two years and for the spray work delivered, we have a guarantee period of five years, provided the general conditions are met. After this period, the legal guarantee can no longer be invoked. However, even after the two-year guarantee has expired, we will gladly look for a suitable solution in consultation with you. We believe in the quality of our products and consider customer satisfaction of paramount importance.
If you have ordered a product with a standard size and it does not fit, there is an option to return it. Please contact your KeJe dealer. Please make sure that the products are returned well protected, as damaged returned products will not be accepted. If you have chosen custom-made products, it is unfortunately not possible to return your order. Unfortunately, custom-made products cannot be reused and will be destroyed and recycled. In such cases, we advise you to contact your KeJe dealer to find a suitable solution.
If you have ordered a product and an e-mail address is known to us, you will always neatly receive a Track & Trace code. This way, you always know when the Keye employee will visit you. Unfortunately, you cannot change the time of delivery. Because we find it very important that our products are handled with care and we do not want you to receive broken or damaged products, we deliver all products personally to your home. As we work with fixed routes, it is unfortunately not possible to change delivery times. If you are away, you can of course always request that we drop the parcel in your garden or deliver it to your neighbours.

Reparatie van KeJe producten
Reparaties en serviceaanvragen verlopen altijd via een KeJe-dealer. Neem contact op met de dealer waar je het product hebt gekocht. Zij kunnen het product bij ons aanmelden voor reparatie en samen met ons zorgen voor een passende oplossing.
Ja, dat is geen probleem. Je bent vrij om contact op te nemen met een andere KeJe-dealer. Alle dealers kunnen een reparatie- of serviceaanvraag bij ons indienen.
Onderdelen leveren wij uitsluitend via onze dealers. Soms hebben dealers kleine onderdelen direct op voorraad (zoals clips, handgrepen of staalband). Voor specifieke onderdelen of grotere bestellingen zal de dealer dit bij ons aanvragen.
In de meeste gevallen raden wij dit niet aan. Onze producten zijn speciaal ontwikkeld en nauwkeurig afgesteld. Zelf repareren kan leiden tot schade of verlies van garantie. Reparaties verlopen daarom meestal via een KeJe-dealer.
Onderdelen zoals touwtjes of gaas zijn meestal niet eenvoudig zelf te vervangen, omdat dit specialistisch werk is. Wil je weten of je product nog te repareren is? Neem contact op met een dealer bij jou in de buurt.
Framed window decoration
Yes, this is possible. At KeJe, we can powder-coat the frame of your window decoration in any colour you want.
In total, there are more than 100 different fabrics available so there is always an option to suit your living requirements. The big difference besides the colours is below:
- A fabric = Decorative / Translucent
- B fabric = Opaque
- C fabric = Darkening
- D fabric = Duo fabric

At KeJe, you can choose two types of steel tape. A 14 mm and 8 mm steel tape. If the 14 mm is too wide for your frame go for the 8 mm steel tape. If you can't figure this out yourself, we always recommend contacting a KeJe dealer.
If you use the normal frame, we recommend a minimum depth of 17 mm. If the frame touches your window and is therefore not deep enough, we recommend going for the Triple frame. For the Triple frame, you need a depth of at least 10 mm. If you cannot work this out yourself, we always advise you to contact a KeJe dealer.
Should the rope tension decrease over time due to regular use, it is possible to restore it. In each corner there is a clamp through which the ropes run. By loosening the clamp, pulling the rope tighter and pushing/slamming the clamp back again, you increase the rope tension. If the tension is too low, the curtain "sags" and if the tension is too high, the curtain runs heavily. If you cannot work this out yourself, we always recommend contacting a KeJe dealer.
KeJe does not send fabric samples itself. We advise you to look for your nearest KeJe dealer. Often our dealers have fabric samples on site to show you.
Yes our window decoration is ideally suited for tilt-and-turn windows. Because of the magnetic and steel tape on the frame, there is no need for drilling and screwing, but the window decoration stays securely in place. You can then always safely open, tilt and close your window without any risk of the product coming loose.
The surface should be clean, dry and grease-free to ensure that the window decoration remains firmly in place. We recommend the steps below when mounting KeJe window decoration in frame products:
- Start with the cloth provided (number 1) and use it to degrease and clean the surface onto which the steel tape will be stuck. It is important to iron on one side. Do NOT go up and down over the frame.
- Let the window frame dry thoroughly before taking bag 2. The second cloth creates a primer layer on the window frame. Again, it is important to apply only one side.
- Remove the steel tape from the product and mount tape by tape the steel tape on the frame. It is important that you stick it straight; if it is stuck at an angle, the adhesion will not be optimal! When all the steel strips have been stuck, press the steel strip down well with a dry cloth a few times, so that all the air underneath is gone.
- The glue that is on the steel strip and adheres to the frame gets stronger with time. After 2 to 3 hours, the glue is at full strength. You can now easily click (magnetically) the KeJe window decoration product onto the steel tape.

If you order our Lamella which is larger than 1200 mm, an intermediate upright is always used. The intermediate upright ensures that the product retains its shape and tension well, which benefits the life span of the product. If you place several Lamella products next to each other, pay close attention to the placement of the intermediate upright. We always advise you to contact a KeJe dealer.
KeJe roller blind in frame
KeJe's in-frame roller blind is practical and stylish. Because the blind is located between a lightweight and slim aluminium frame, it can easily be mounted on the glazing bars of the window frame. The magnetic effect makes the blind easy to remove and simple to reinstall. And although this blind is specially designed for plastic window frames, it can also be fitted on wooden or aluminium window frames.
We make your blind to measure so that it always fits perfectly. The aluminium frame is available in four standard RAL colours. Prefer a different colour? That's also possible for a small surcharge. The roller blind can be ordered in translucent or black-out fabric. The roller blind is operated from top to bottom with a cord. This cord is fitted with an automatic break chain. As a result, it meets the requirements of a child-friendly product.
Safe and high-quality design
The KeJe in-frame roller blind has been developed as an attractive yet simple solution for plastic, wooden and aluminium window frames. Thanks to the aluminium frame, drilling holes is no longer necessary. Instead, you use a magnet and steel tape for mounting. With this, you place the frame on the glazing bars of your window frame. The advantage of this is that it creates an almost flat whole. The system is developed to high quality and safety standards, meeting the requirements for a child-friendly product. This means that the chain automatically breaks when it is subjected to more than 3 kg of pulling weight.
Tailor-made roller blind
A made-to-measure roller blind always fits perfectly in front of your window or door. It completes your window or door and adds privacy and atmosphere. A roller blind can also be used as a semi-sunblind. You can lower the blind when the incoming sunlight bothers you or if you want to keep the heat somewhat out of the room. So our made-to-measure roller blinds are multifunctional! The KeJe in-frame roller blind is available at selected dealers throughout the Netherlands. They are KeJe dealers and can tell you everything about the blind. They will measure the blind at your premises and give you advice. Installing the blind is easy and in most cases you can do it yourself. A nice made-to-measure blind adds value. Not just for your window, but for the entire room.
Blackout or translucent blind
Whether a roller blind should be blackout or not depends on a number of factors. The room in which the blind hangs, for instance. In a bedroom you may want a roller blind to be blackout, whereas in a living room or office this is less important. An advantage of a blackout blind is that it insulates better than a translucent blind. So if you want to keep the room cool or keep the heat in, a blackout blind is recommended. Is the blind in a smaller room or a room where less daylight enters? Then it is better to choose a translucent variant. KeJe blinds are available in transparent fabrics and blackout fabrics.
