The legal guarantee period for delivered products is two years and for the spray work delivered, we have a guarantee period of five years, provided the general conditions are met. After this period, the legal guarantee can no longer be invoked. However, even after the two-year guarantee has expired, we will gladly look for a suitable solution in consultation with you. We believe in the quality of our products and consider customer satisfaction of paramount importance.

If you have ordered a product with a standard size and it does not fit, there is an option to return it. Please contact your KeJe dealer. Please make sure that the products are returned well protected, as damaged returned products will not be accepted. If you have chosen custom-made products, it is unfortunately not possible to return your order. Unfortunately, custom-made products cannot be reused and will be destroyed and recycled. In such cases, we advise you to contact your KeJe dealer to find a suitable solution.

If you have ordered a product and an e-mail address is known to us, you will always neatly receive a Track & Trace code. This way, you always know when the Keye employee will visit you. Unfortunately, you cannot change the time of delivery. Because we find it very important that our products are handled with care and we do not want you to receive broken or damaged products, we deliver all products personally to your home. As we work with fixed routes, it is unfortunately not possible to change delivery times. If you are away, you can of course always request that we drop the parcel in your garden or deliver it to your neighbours.

Repairs and service requests always go through a KeJe dealer. Please contact the dealer where you bought the product. They can report the product to us for repair and together with us ensure a suitable solution.

Yes, that's not a problem. You are free to contact another KeJe dealer. All dealers can submit a repair or service request to us.

We supply spare parts exclusively through our dealers. Sometimes dealers have small parts directly in stock (such as clips, handles or steel tape). For specific parts or larger orders, the dealer will request this from us.

In most cases, we do not recommend this. Our products are specially designed and precisely tuned. Repairing them yourself may result in damage or loss of warranty. Repairs are therefore usually done via a KeJe dealer.

If you order a screen that is larger than 1500 mm, an intermediate bar is always used. The intermediate rail provides strength, especially for larger sizes or certain types of mesh such as pollen mesh. It ensures that the product retains its shape and tension well, which benefits the life of the product.

At Keje, we work with five different types of mesh. Grey, black, pollen mesh, petscreen and transparent mesh. Petscreen mesh is an extra strong mesh option. It is particularly used when there are pets in the house that can use sharp nails to scratch the ordinary screen mesh to pieces. Pollen mesh keeps 99% of the poles out of the house and comes with black mesh. However, it does cause it to sometimes block a little more light. Transparent mesh is a type of mesh where narrower wire is used, allowing more light to get through.

Voor kunststof kozijnen is raamdecoratie in frame een praktische keuze, vooral wanneer je niet in het kozijn wilt boren. Bij KeJe wordt het aluminium frame met magneetband bevestigd op staalband dat op de glaslatten wordt aangebracht. Hierdoor zijn geen boorgaten of schroeven in het kozijn nodig. Je kunt onder andere kiezen uit plisségordijnen, jaloezieën, shutters en rolgordijnen in frame.

Verschillende soorten KeJe raamdecoratie in frame kunnen zonder boren of schroeven worden gemonteerd. Het aluminium frame wordt met magneetband op staalband op de glaslatten bevestigd. Dit maakt deze oplossing onder andere interessant voor kunststof kozijnen, draaikiepramen en situaties waarin je liever geen gaten in het kozijn maakt.

Voor een draaikiepraam is raamdecoratie in frame zeer geschikt. Doordat het frame rechtstreeks op het kozijn wordt bevestigd, beweegt de raamdecoratie met het raam mee wanneer je het opent of in de kiepstand zet. KeJe heeft hiervoor verschillende oplossingen, waaronder plisségordijnen en aluminium jaloezieën in frame.

Wil je privacy én daglicht behouden, dan is een plisségordijn met top-down/bottom-up bediening een goede keuze. Je bepaalt zelf welk gedeelte van het raam wordt afgeschermd. Zo kun je bijvoorbeeld het onderste gedeelte sluiten tegen inkijk, terwijl via de bovenkant van het raam nog steeds daglicht binnenkomt.

Voor het verduisteren van een ruimte kun je kiezen voor raamdecoratie met een verduisterende stof. KeJe biedt onder andere plisségordijnen en rolgordijnen met verduisterende stofmogelijkheden. Houd er rekening mee dat de mate van verduistering niet alleen afhankelijk is van de stof, maar ook van het gekozen product en de plaatsing ervan.

Raamdecoratie in frame zit in een aluminium frame dat rechtstreeks op het kozijn wordt geplaatst en bij verschillende KeJe-producten zonder boren kan worden gemonteerd. Vrijhangende raamdecoratie wordt voor het raam gemonteerd. Vrijhangende oplossingen bieden doorgaans meer mogelijkheden bij grote ramen en brede glaspartijen. Welke uitvoering het meest geschikt is, hangt af van het raamtype, de afmetingen en je wensen.

Voor grote ramen is vrijhangende raamdecoratie vaak een geschikte oplossing, omdat deze doorgaans in grotere afmetingen kan worden uitgevoerd dan raamdecoratie in frame. KeJe biedt voor grote ramen onder andere vrijhangende plisségordijnen, houten jaloezieën en rolgordijnen. De maximale afmetingen verschillen per product, waardoor de beste keuze afhankelijk is van de afmetingen van het raam.

Ja, KeJe biedt raamdecoratie voor zowel deuren als schuifpuien. Bij een deur kan raamdecoratie in frame een praktische oplossing zijn, omdat het product met de deur meebeweegt. Bij een schuifpui zijn vooral de breedte van de glaspartij en de manier waarop de deuren langs elkaar bewegen bepalend voor welke raamdecoratie geschikt is.

Kijk niet alleen naar de uitstraling, maar ook naar het type raam of deur, het materiaal van het kozijn, de afmetingen, de gewenste montage en hoeveel privacy en lichtregeling je wilt. Zo kan raamdecoratie in frame interessant zijn voor een draaikiepraam of kunststof kozijn, terwijl vrijhangende raamdecoratie vaak meer mogelijkheden biedt voor grote ramen.
