Hanging blinds can be done easily. Wondering what the best way is? Read more about how best to hang your new blinds here!

Hanging blinds is quick and easy

Your new blinds are beautiful. Now all you need to do is hang the blinds. And that doesn't have to be complicated at all. And hanging blinds without drilling? That's also quite possible nowadays and better for your window frames too. Especially if they are made of plastic.

Roller blinds in every room of the house

Roller blinds have been popular as window decoration for years. You can hang roller blinds in any room. And compared to other window decoration, roller blinds are often less expensive. Living rooms often have blinds that let light through, while bedrooms prefer blackout blinds. And when roller blinds are hung in the bathroom, moisture resistance is of course an absolute must. Roller blinds simply provide extra privacy, have an insulating effect and create atmosphere. Enough reasons to choose roller blinds.

Hanging blinds? Make the right preparations

Hanging up your new blinds can be a daunting task. Especially if you are not very handy. Yet hanging blinds does not have to be difficult at all... First of all, it starts with good preparation:

  • Make sure you have a pair of scissors or a Stanley knife handy to open the packaging neatly;
  • Are you working at height? Use a household ladder so you can reach it easily;
  • Make sure there are no obstacles in your way, so you can move freely and not knock anything over;
  • Clean your window frames well in advance, as this generally makes working easier;
  • Make your windows grease-free;
  • Always read the fitting instructions provided carefully.

Many blinds are hung in the traditional way; by drilling holes in the window frames and screwing them on. But that is not necessary. Hanging roller blinds without drilling is possible with our roller blinds. Quick and easy! And the big advantage is that your window frames will not be damaged. This is especially great if you have plastic window frames, because drilling holes cannot be repaired. But this is also a great solution for (new) wooden window frames.

Easily hang roller blinds without drilling

You might still be a little sceptical, but hanging blinds without drilling is easy with our blinds and the mounting is solid and secure. The roller blinds are located between an aluminium frame. You attach this frame between the window slats by means of a magnetic and steel strip. And that immediately provides a few advantages:

  • The blind does not hang in the way, so you can simply open your tilt-and-turn window.
  • Because of this mounting method, the blind forms a nice flat unit with your window frames.

Because you don't need to drill, you also avoid drilling a hole in the wrong place and having to start all over again. Or that the blind turns out to hang crooked after mounting. That's always a bit of a shame.... Actually, hanging blinds without drilling can't go wrong. An ideal way to mount blinds, even if you have two left hands. For plastic window frames, but also for all other window frames.
