In recent years, new homes are also increasingly being fitted with plastic window frames, or older homes renovated with plastic window frames. Until a few years ago, it was clear to see that the window frames were made of plastic; nowadays they look more and more like real wooden window frames, with tactile structure and in different colours. Go for colour....or not

You might think dark-grey pleated blinds are gorgeous, while your friend or neighbour would never choose them. You can combine any kind of window decoration with any kind of living style. A roller blind fits in a classic interior, but also in a rural or modern interior. It is true that certain colours are preferred within a certain style. In a Scandinavian interior or Japandi style, window decoration with beautiful soft and neutral tones fits best. You won't easily see red or green pleated blinds hanging here. However, this would suit a modern, minimalist interior very well. If you have small windows or a dark room, it is also better to choose window decoration in a light colour. And that doesn't always have to be white, it can also be light grey or beige, for example.

When we think of window decoration, we naturally think of the windows, but don't forget your door. Finish off the window of your back door, for example, with a nice roller or pleated blind.
