The legal guarantee period for delivered products is two years and for the spray work delivered, we have a guarantee period of five years, provided the general conditions are met. After this period, the legal guarantee can no longer be invoked. However, even after the two-year guarantee has expired, we will gladly look for a suitable solution in consultation with you. We believe in the quality of our products and consider customer satisfaction of paramount importance.

If you have ordered a product with a standard size and it does not fit, there is an option to return it. Please contact your KeJe dealer. Please make sure that the products are returned well protected, as damaged returned products will not be accepted. If you have chosen custom-made products, it is unfortunately not possible to return your order. Unfortunately, custom-made products cannot be reused and will be destroyed and recycled. In such cases, we advise you to contact your KeJe dealer to find a suitable solution.

If you have ordered a product and an e-mail address is known to us, you will always neatly receive a Track & Trace code. This way, you always know when the Keye employee will visit you. Unfortunately, you cannot change the time of delivery. Because we find it very important that our products are handled with care and we do not want you to receive broken or damaged products, we deliver all products personally to your home. As we work with fixed routes, it is unfortunately not possible to change delivery times. If you are away, you can of course always request that we drop the parcel in your garden or deliver it to your neighbours.

Een inzethor is een op maat gemaakte hor die speciaal is ontworpen voor draai-kiepramen. Het wordt zonder boren of schroeven in het kozijn geplaatst en voorkomt dat insecten naar binnen komen terwijl frisse lucht naar binnen kan stromen.

De KeJe Inzethor is voornamelijk geschikt voor kunststof draai-kiepramen en kan in sommige gevallen ook worden toegepast bij houten draai-kiepramen, afhankelijk van de aanwezigheid van een stalen strip in het kozijn. Neem contact op met jouw KeJe-dealer om de mogelijkheden te bespreken.

KeJe biedt verschillende soorten gaas aan:

• Standaard grijs of zwart gaas: Basisoptie voor algemene toepassingen.
• Transparant gaas: Dit type gaassoort zorgt voor een betere doorkijk van binnen naar buiten.
• Pollengaas: Houdt tot 99% van de pollen buiten, ideaal voor mensen met allergieën.
• Petscreen gaas: Extra sterk gaas, geschikt voor huishoudens met huisdieren die het gaas kunnen beschadigen.

Let op: voor transparant, pollen- en petscreengaas wordt een meerprijs berekend.

De KeJe Inzethor is standaard leverbaar in 13 RAL-kleuren. Tegen een meerprijs is het ook mogelijk om het frame in een afwijkende RAL-kleur te laten poedercoaten.

Het is essentieel om de dagopening van het kozijn nauwkeurig op te meten. Wij adviseren om contact op te nemen met een van onze dealers en hen te laten meten. De ervaring leert dat er veel afwijkende situaties zijn en dat het inmeten tot de mm nauwkeurig moet gebeuren.

De KeJe Inzethor wordt zonder boren of schroeven gemonteerd. Dankzij een dunne flens en een veermechanisme aan de bovenzijde klemt de hor zichzelf stevig in het kozijn.

Ja, de inzethor is eenvoudig te verwijderen en opnieuw te plaatsen, wat handig is voor bijvoorbeeld schoonmaakdoeleinden.

De levertijd kan variëren. Het is aan te raden om contact op te nemen met een KeJe-dealer voor specifieke informatie over levertijden.

Op maat gemaakte producten kunnen niet worden geretourneerd of omgeruild, aangezien deze specifiek voor uw raam zijn vervaardigd. Het is daarom belangrijk om nauwkeurig te meten en eventueel advies in te winnen bij een KeJe-dealer.

If you order a screen that is larger than 1500 mm, an intermediate bar is always used. The intermediate rail provides strength, especially for larger sizes or certain types of mesh such as pollen mesh. It ensures that the product retains its shape and tension well, which benefits the life of the product.

At Keje, we work with five different types of mesh. Grey, black, pollen mesh, petscreen and transparent mesh. Petscreen mesh is an extra strong mesh option. It is particularly used when there are pets in the house that can use sharp nails to scratch the ordinary screen mesh to pieces. Pollen mesh keeps 99% of the poles out of the house and comes with black mesh. However, it does cause it to sometimes block a little more light. Transparent mesh is a type of mesh where narrower wire is used, allowing more light to get through.
